history sidebar: links that change title need to be re-sorted

using the history sidebar, go to a bugzila bug link for a bug you haven't visted
before.  if the domain (bugzilla.mozilla.org) folder is open, you'll see
showbug.cgi show up in the right place, but when the page title changes to "Bug
XXXXX - foo", it stays in the same place that it came in as:  "showbug.cgi"

if I re-sort (by clicking on the title column) it fixes itself.

nice to have, but this is a xul sorting issue and seems really minor to me :)
it MIGHT be as simple as either asserting on the #Name?sort=true arc..

but it also might require a change notification instead, which would mean that
in the case where the title had been determined dynamically, we'd have to figure
out what the old title was just to fire the notification, which might be expensive.

In Firefox, you can only sort by title in the history manager window, and we update the sort there properly.

In SeaMonkey, this bug still seems to exist in the history sidebar.

Still valid, page title in sidebar changes only after sort or visiting next page
