Steps
1. Launch http://pearce.org.nz/fullscreen/ in the browser
2. Select install as web app
3. Launch the app
4. Select fullscreen
5. Try scrolling the app
Expected
The app should be able to be scrolled.
Actual
The app cannot be scrolled.

Over in bug 779286 I'm proposing that we *not* make fullscreen content scrollable by default. Authors can specify overflow:auto on the element which requests fullscreen if they want it to be scrollable.
