OS: Android 4.0.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to news.google.com
3. Tap on any news from the list
4. After the page opened at step 3 is loaded, tap on the Reader Mode icon on URL Bar
5. Scroll the article down the end of it
6. Tap on screen to invoke the Reader Mode toolbar
7. Tap on "Aa" button and then decrease the Text size by tapping on " - " button.

Expected result:
Text size is decreased. Reader Mode toolbar is still displayed on screen after step 7.

Actual result:
Reader Mode toolbar is dismissed automatically each time when " - " button is tapped for text or margin, if the article is scrolled down to the very bottom of it.
