Details
It's the very old bug. I've met it in all builds. It consists in the program
reject to responce to user events when the modal dialog with the timeout or site
refusion is displayed. It's impossible to press OK, access system menu on this
dialog or use hotkeys. The only way is to kill the process in the event viewer
(NT). The accident takes place (as I understand), while the other program (or
Mozilla window) is active and the dialog is being displayed.

On Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1+) Gecko/20010608, with
two mozilla windows opened and one is with an active dialog, you can switch to
the other window and it works perfectly (all the menus, buttons, and the pages
respond), oviusly the window with the dialog opened don't work till a button is
pressed.
Alexander if you see that my explanation is not what you have been experiencing
after installing latest build, please free to reopen the bug with a more
detailed explanation.
