Once we have agreed a deprecation process for modules (bug 786281) we should deprecate the following modules in api-utils:
api-utils
app-strings
cortex
errors
events
light-traits
memory
observer-service
tab-browser
timer
traits
traits/core
unit-test
unit-test-finder
window-utils
Which release should we aim for? 1.11?
