Once we have agreed a deprecation process for modules (bug 786281) we should deprecate the following modules in api-utils:

api-utils
app-strings
cortex
errors
events
light-traits
memory
observer-service
tab-browser
timer
traits
traits/core
unit-test
unit-test-finder
window-utils

Which release should we aim for? 1.11?
Summary: Deprecate some modules in api-utils → Deprecate modules in deprecated
I think that was done by bug 787346. Will, shall we close that bug?
