Details

As per the nav.pay() spec, Marketplace needs to send a list of all possible prices. Currently we only send one price. Spec: https://wiki.mozilla.org/WebAPI/WebPayment#Marketplace_payment

I have an open discussion item on the dev-webapps list about removing country code from the price array. I don't think we need it there since we have currency code. Also, we can't figure out how to populate it.
