Details
On bug 739217, we found that there is a concurrency case when calling updatePlaces and isURIVisited, since the main database connection has an open transaction yet (it's inserting the visit), while the second database connection is trying to resolve the isURIVisited request

With the latest toolkit partial patch on bug 739217, this is going to be fixed.
