787275 - Location bar tooltip shows shortened URL when full location bar address is not visible

1) Open Firefox
2) Right-click the Chrome and select "Customize..."
3) Move the location bar to the tabs menu
4) Close the customization mode.
5) Open enough tabs so that the tab bar needs to scroll. This will cause the location bar to shrink.
6) Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IU_(singer) or similarly long page
7) Mouse-over the location bar

Expected: The tooltip displayed gives the full URL: "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IU_(singer)"
Actual: The tooltip displayed is shortened to: "https:...inger"

Note in the URLs above, the closing paren is not automatically linked so you will have to add it yourself.
