787371 - Many boxes on Tinderbox fail because Bugzilla now requires 5.10.1 and only 5.8.8 is available

Perl must be upgraded from 5.8.8 to 5.10.1 or newer so that Tinderbox can turn green on the trunk again. Also, all 5.10.0 and older boxes must be removed from the trunk as these versions are no longer supported. They should be replaced by a 5.16.1 box if possible.

Also, please add new boxes to the newly created 4.4 branch:

Removed 5.8.1, 5.8.8 and 5.10.0 tests from the trunk and hopefully changed checksetup and xt tests to use 5.12.3 (wwe'll see how that worked during next round of tests).

Also added 5.8.1, 5.8.8, 5.10.1, 5.12.3 and docs tests on the 4.4 branch.

Looks like our Perl 5.10.1 and 5.12.3 install can't send Tinderbox mail (no errors, the mail just doesn't get sent) so I switched Tinderbox::Client for xt and checksetup tests back to run under default Perl 5.8.8 on the system. Instead I switched the actual test commands to use Perl 5.10.1, which seems to have maked these test working.

Checksetup tests are still burning but that's due to a real bustage (probably bug 655477).
