We need to make all the KB "Editing Tools" pages usable again. There are no designs, so we'll just make them work and look OK~ish. Later on we can prettify. The pages are: /kb/new /kb/<slug>/edit /kb/<slug>/locales /kb/<slug>/history /<non en-US locale>/kb/<slug>/translate I am optimistically making this a 2pter and grabbing it.
I haven’t had the chance to design everything, but the article edit interface has been mocked up on attachment 651657 [details].
