Steps to reproduce:

In the following page:
http://qtax.se/files/firefox.double.margin.html (attached)
The blue box has a margin-top: 100px;


Actual results:

The margin appears both above the blue box and the red box above it, resulting in a total 200px of margin.

Tested with Firefox 15.0 and 17a2 (2012-09-02), both having the same results.


Expected results:

The 100px margin should only appear once: above .blue if Webkit/Opera/IE9 gets it right.
