It seems to work fine here without the hack. Tested for a month.

Bug 788108 - Remove FreeBSD workaround for double type wrapper.
Jonas, looks like xslt needed this originally... is it still needed?

I have no idea if this is needed or not. It was originally provided by a FreeBSD person and was all #ifdef freebsd so we basically just took it.
