788469 - Ogg files glitching on Windows Vista with Firefox v15+

With Firefox v15 on Windows Vista , load either of these into the address bar and hit enter:

I've tested these with Firefox 14 on Mac OSX, Windows XP, Vista and 7 where it plays directly in the browser without problems. For Firefox v15 on the other hand, it glitches/skips on Windows Vista, but is otherwise fine on all other operating systems.

The Ogg files should play without audio issues, matching the MP3/M4a playback:

The browser on Vista has no add-ons and is a clean installation on a fresh install of Vista.
I've also tested Firefox Beta v16 and the nightly v18 and the problem with Vista remains.

I've confirmed that this is happening with many others who are using Firefox v15 with Vista and am yet to come across a case where it isn't happening.
