Steps:
1. Install a packaged app from http://people.mozilla.com/~fdesre/openwebapps/test.html
Expected:
A prompt should appear allowing the packaged app to be installed.
Actual:
No prompt appears. When I try my example (attached), the packaged app installs, but can't be launched to it's starting content. Did something regress?

It looks like setting the basePath at install time got lost in a rebase of the "multiple apps locations" patch.
