788990 - reset password functionality not working

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/21.0.1180.89 Safari/537.1

Steps to reproduce:

1.Place cursor on the More option 
2.Click on Reset password sub-option from drop down menu
3.click on the textbox coreesponding to the username field.
4.select the username from the drop down menu corresponding to username field
5.click on the textbox coreesponding to the password field.
6.type the password in the text box corresponding to the password field.
7.click on the textbox coreesponding to the re-type password field.
8.type the same password in the text box corresponding to the re type- password field as in the password field
9.click on the reset button



Actual results:

1.Drop down Menu is displayed showing 6 options- poll, vote,inbox,assignments, lesson plan,announcements
2.page is redirected to 'reset password' page.
3.drop down menu showing already usernames of existing users is displayed
4.selected username is displayed corresponding to the username field.
focus comes on the textbox corresponding to the pasword field
5.typed password is displayed in encoded form.
6.focus comes on the textbox corresponding to the re type-pasword field
7.typed password is displayed in encoded form corresponding to the re type-pasword field
8.page is redirected to a new page displaying 'server error' msg .



Expected results:

1.Drop down Menu is displayed showing 6 options- poll, vote,inbox,assignments, lesson plan,announcements
2.page is redirected to 'reset password' page.
3.drop down menu showing already usernames of existing users is displayed
4.selected username is displayed corresponding to the username field.
