Details

This bug depends on bug #3175, "frames don't get NS_MOUSE_EXIT events when mouse leaves window". That bug says it only happens on Mac and Unix. When you hover over the splitter, it is supposed to highlight similar to the toolbar tabs. Because of this bug, the splitter (a.k.a grippy) never returns to its normal color.
