Steps to reproduce:

When I go to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%E4%B8%AD%E5%A4%AE%E8%AE%A4%E8%AF%81/Justincheng12345-bot by about:newtab , it act normally.
But when I take away "-bot" at the end, that's  https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%E4%B8%AD%E5%A4%AE%E8%AE%A4%E8%AF%81/Justincheng12345 , and press enter.


Actual results:

It goes to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%Ezh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%E4%B8%AD%E5%A4%AE%E8%AE%A4%E8%AF%81/Justincheng12345 


Expected results:

It should be what I typed in, thats https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%E4%B8%AD%E5%A4%AE%E8%AE%A4%E8%AF%81/Justincheng12345 .

REMARKS: copy and paste cause no problem. When I type https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special: it show 监视列表 at the ended , but after I press enter, it goes to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%Ezh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:%E7%9B%91%E8%A7%86%E5%88%97%E8%A1%A8
