Creating a new nsIToolkit!

Someone suggested i try xwin32 instead of m/x while i was testing Xlib builds.  
I can say one thing right now: it's less stable.  I've run moz ~5 times, it's 
died each time, most died before i could do anything to the browser window.

probably unrelated, but Bug 58878 also mentions X-win32.
