78979 - Shouldn't resize window to see the the "Advanced" button of the Server Settings from account settings

Used 05-04-06-trunk build

The "Advanced" button is missing from the Server Settings of account settings

1) Login to an IMAP mail account
2) Go to Mail Account Settings
3) Select Server Settings
4) Actual Results: The "Advanced" button is missing from the server settings, 
cannot setup advanced for IMAP testing

Expected results: "Advanced" button should be in the server settings to allow 
users to setup more advanced setup for IMAP testing.

Build 2001-05-04-04: WinMe
I resized the window larger and can now see the Advanced button. It should
appear automatically. On the Mac the Advanced button appears but it is slightly
cut off at the bottom and I cannot resize the dialog on the mac.
