Details

This bug depends on bug 43797. After we have the new combined leaner
task/statusbar at the bottom it would make sense to make it hideable like other
toolbars from the view menu. This would enable users to have a really minimal,
lean chrome for browser and mail with maximum real estate for content.

CC'ing eng, UI, PSM/security, PM and module owners to make sure everybody is cool
with this change and that I am not overlooking any drawbacks.

This also puts us in parity with IE which allows you to collapse their status 
bar, via the same menu mechanism.
