789966 - Apply bandaid to mirror information pages

Now that the CDNs are our primary source for product delivery to our users, some pages on our main website are deprecated [1][2].
Second link is auto-generated via cron, as described in this mana page [3]. We probably should disable it since we're not adding new mirrors anyway.

This bug might not be in the appropriate queue, but it should either serve as a tracker to accomplish the requests, or moved to the right component.

I've edited the mana page, moving this to the component :reed suggested for further work by webdev. There's actually a top-level "www.mozilla.org" product now, with multiple components underneath.

Note that changing [2] in comment 0 is not *really* on us (IT/WebOps). There's a script on sentry1.private.scl3 that autogenerates *part* of this file, but not all of it. It makes more sense to me to alter the content on the "static" part of the file.

I'm happy to have this continue to autogenerate for now, until we do something more permanent/drastic with bouncer/sentry and mirrors.

We continue to get a trickle of mirrors volunteering so this updates the page to try to head that off, at least until we get around to ripping this content out completely.

Who can help review and get this landed ?
