Both heavily rely on detecting for iPhone and WebKit.

Not sure what to do with this bug. :)
We do not really propose anything, except showing that it is utterly broken with a white page.

Interesting thing.
On Opera Mobile Presto/2.11.355 Version/12.10
There's better styling at the top than Firefox Android.
There's a frozen "spinning wheel" and a bottom blank area.
BROKEN TOO.
Reload, doesn't do anything.
On Opera Mini. Same thing. BROKEN.
Reload doesn't do anything.
On Android Browser Android 2.3.5 Version/4.0, top menu being displayed. Ads displayed. and blank page.
On reload the rest of the content comes.

On UCWeb 'UCBrowser/9.4.1.362 the content is displayed. The site is functional.

It's because they're using an older version of Sencha Touch. If they upgrade to 2.3.0+ (current release is 2.3.1), they'll gain compatibility for Windows Phone and Firefox Mobile browsers. Opera Mini will probably be out of luck, though.
As stated in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=895485#c9, the only caveat is if their app relies on WebSQL. Barring that, it should mostly work with the upgrade.

inc.com is made by http://www.mansueto.com/
There's very little information on their respective Web sites.
The previous CTO was Paul Maiorana http://paulmaiorana.com/notes/about/
According to http://www.manta.com/c/mmnmd5w/mansueto-ventures-llc
The current CTO is Soma Mathiy
According to http://www.linkedin.com/pub/soma-mathiy/53/a58/14
Mansueto Ventures, LLC (Inc & Fastcompany magazine publication)
September 2005 to Present
Team Members: Soma Mathiy, Karthik Chinnasamy, Manish Taneja
I designed and implemented a robust, end-to-end infrastructure solution for Manasueto Ventures, LLC, the publishers of Inc. and Fastcompany. This encompassed a LAN/WAN network, email, data / voice / wireless communication, and help desk—within an intense, 45 day time window.
But not obvious it is related to the Web site.
No specific contact information.
OK I will try a far-fetched one.

So, this site loads..slowly and complains about a "slow script" in ConsoleAPI.js line 74. This problem goes away if you comment out the console.log() call here:
done(function (c) {console.log(c.data);
..and that problem looks like bug 959789, so it's being dealt with on our side. We'll have to wait for this fix, but the tech evangelism issue looks fixed. Yay!
