7903 - Contents of middle frame are showing up in leftmost frame.

This site contains four frames.
The leftmost frame is supposed to show only green background.
Middle frame is supposed to show actual contents of the site.
Top frame is supposed to show title of the site.
Right frame is supposed to show navigation menu.

What is problem :
The contents of site which are supposed to show in middle frame are also shown
in left frame. We can see contents in two frames, leftmost frame and middle
frame.

I'm not sure its related to layout. If not please assign to appropriate.

Chris -- please try this on linux too. This is not reproducable on NT.

I can reproduce problem with the Mac, Win 95, and Linux June 14th Builds. The
left most frame will display the contents of the various other frames in this
window. This left frame will sometimes display a second sidebar.

Not reproducible using the 19990702-10 win32 build. Tha page doesn't seem to be
changed so maybe the bug is fixed already.

I forgot to mention that I used Windows NT to make the test. The other OS's may
still have the problem.
