Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.google.com/ads/ or
http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/htmlguid/images.htm.
2. Click an image map region.
Result: focus outline appears for a very short amount of time and disappears.
Expected result: focus outline appears and sticks around until the region loses
focus.

Really minor problem with how the focus is displayed... I guess the focus
outline should stay as long as the mouse button is pressed, and until we display
either a contextual popup menu or the outline to drag & drop the image.
When you use the tab key, the focus outline works correctly. Reassigned to
XPToolkit/Widgets.

I don't see a focus outline appear at all when I click the second square (the one that's an image map) in the testcase.
