We're trying to reduce the effects of bug 784278 (where new batch of tegras fail for reftests).

aki gave us a piece of code that might be good for this.
Callek is going to give it a shot:

In bug 790689, we're temporarily adjusting tbpl to reduce developer's churn.
I will add a note over there saying that it might not be needed if this actually works.

In bug 790685 there is some investigation with regards to changing the screen resolution to help with the root cause (maybe - IIUC).
