There isn't a transaction id on the refund, the transaction id just points to the payment. Each individual transaction should have a unique id so we can trace it between BlueVia and the marketplace. So we should add refundTransactionID or something to the refund so we can track it at our end. Will also be useful if we ever decide to do something with a refund, eg: reverse a refund (which I don't expect to happen much).
