Using the tab key to focus on buttons in popup notifications (e.g. geolocation, click-to-play) works fine on Linux and Windows, but doesn't on OS X.

STR:
1. Navigate to maps.google.com
2. Click the small button above the street view button ("Show My Location")
3. Hit tab a few times

Expected results: the "Share Location" button can be focused
Actual results: the button cannot be focused on OS X
Okay, apparently this is a "feature", not a bug. See bug 187508, bug 277516, etc.
