Details
https://marketplace.mozilla.org/developers/app/exfm-music/status is in "incomplete" status. However, it is not clear what needs to be completed. This is blocking one of our partners and we need to expedite the fix for this.

The app status was Incomplete, but the version status was Fully Reviewed. I now changed the app status to Fully Reviewed.

For hosted apps the status for versions are set to Fully Reviewed (or really anything, its not important) upon creation - its NOT been reviewed. I've corrected the app status to 'Pending Review' so it goes into the review queue.

The actual bug is why it got into this state in the first place and why the /resume/ url didn't put the developer back in the right part of the upload flow (it 302'd to /edit/ iirc)

Now I see it in the review queue it shows it was created back in March so I'm going to assume that whatever odd confluence of events led to the broken status is already fixed. (or at least, near impossible to accurately reproduce now)

https://marketplace.mozilla.org/developers/app/exfm-music/status now says that the app is public --> fixed.
