This language needs some or all of its l10n files to be upgraded to the MPL 2 licence. The current status in the aurora repo http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/ is:

I have a script which can do the relicensing automatically. I will provide a patch here. Once a patch has been provided, please commit it as soon as possible. The aim is to have the relicensing finished by the end of September.

The attached patch has a bug - the file "bookmarks.html" has the wrong comment character. Assuming there are no other problems with the patch, please fix it on checkin to use the following license block:

Hi Gerv,
I thought I'd managed to import your patch successfully into TortoiseHG on windows and pushed that change as seen in http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/fy-NL/rev/7244ecd62dc2.
Now when I look at the actual files like http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla-aurora/source/fy-NL/browser/chrome/browser/baseMenuOverlay.dtd, the MPL hasn't been added, while other files do have the proper licensetext.
Don't know what went wrong, but can you generate another patch for me?

http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla-aurora/source/fy-NL/browser/chrome/browser/baseMenuOverlay.dtd does have the MPL 2 now. Perhaps it took a while for MXR to sync?

It looks like one file was missed, either by me or you:
dom/chrome/charsetTitles.properties

Are you able to fix that one up?
