steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/docs/mkt_submission
2. Notice that the doc about app submission doesn't link to the actual app submission page anywhere.

expected behavior:
Developers who get super excited about apps after reading about app submission have an easy way to start submitting apps to marketplace.

observed behavior:
We don't link to app submission page from the docs.

Comment 0 is pretty obvious, that document should actually link to submission.

For comment 1, I'm CCing dbuc and Kevin who are finishing up the specs for the next iteration of the devhub. We're considering a prominent link to the developer dashboard, and we'll need to discuss how submission is surfaced in that context. A sane UX for the devhub does not necessarily include a giant submission button on every page.

I certainly believe if we are talking about submission, we should have the submit button that takes them to the appropriate form. "Make it so."?

I added a link to the submission page in this MDN topic, in the Quick start section:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Apps/Submitting_an_app

To get this on the devhub, someone needs to pull it over. The devhub uses the MDN page.

If you want this info on all /developers/docs/* as cvan metions in comment 1, it seems that is should be added to the devhub navigation UI and not as content in each page.
