Details
(Whiteboard: [blocking-webrtandroid1-] A4A)
Steps:
1. Install and launch at least two web applications
2. Crash one of the two web applications
3. Try launching each of the two web applications
Expected:
One should be restarted, the other should resume from it's current location, as only one web application crashed.
Actual:
Both applications are restarted. Back in the day in k9o, this was a firm requirement that crashing one web app cannot take down any other web apps running.

Keeping as a P2 and tracking; there really isn't any volume of users we can reference here. This is less than an ideal user experience though and we need to investigate. It would be good to know a few things:
* What kind of device do we see this with the most?
* We separated out the processes out of the android manifest so it would be good to re-test this to see if that made a difference.

Jason, can you repro this? If so, can you include STR to crash an app? Thanks.

A simple way to crash an app is to install the Mykzilla app <http://www.mykzilla.org/app/> by pressing its "install app" button, then open the app and click its "crash Windows" link.

Nope, can't reproduce anymore. Don't know what fixed it.
