I have changed the standard list bullets into arrows image with CSS1.
But sometime the image is not displayed correctly, as if the
 transprency were not working.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to <http://home.infomaniak.ch/Mongenet/Marc/Articles/Ordinateur/achat3.html>
Watch for list "bullet" of "Table des matières", it should be an arrow
<http://home.infomaniak.ch/Mongenet/Marc/Articles/Ordinateur/fleche_haut.gif>

2. Put another window on front of the browser window for a while
(if no bug appeared at step 1)

3. Reload page (to correct the problem)


Actual Results:  The transparent part of the GIF is sometimes transparent and
sometimes black.

Same problem but with transparent images on layers (absolutly positioned divs).
Go over the menu, and the submenu will be visible. At first its OK, but go out
with your mouse (sumnenu become hidden) and then back the left side (originally
transparent) goes black.
