The date range format is inconsistent with the format found in other reports.

Steps to reproduce:
1. goto crash_trends
2. notice the from and to fields

Suggested:
Date format should be consistent with other reports; such as the ADU report. Date format should be in yyyy-mm-dd.

Actual:
Date filter is in dd/mm/yyyy format
