Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9) Gecko/20010505 Netscape6/6.5b0

1. Go to http://www.usair.com/esavers/enroll.htm
2. Scroll down to Sign Up Step #3:  "3.  Choose departure cities:"
Result:  The JavaScript list select menu with 7 options showing that should
appear underneath does not appear.

What was expected:  A list select menu with 7 options showing.

This was fixed on May 4.  The fix is not in 0.9 (which branched before the 4th)
but is  in current nightlys.
