I'd like these 2 targets added to the oak twig: "Armv7a ICS optBN, Armv7a ICS debug".
Thanks for your help!  I'm not sure if they produce Nightly builds or not but if so I'd like those platforms to be built for nightly builds as well when I kick one off from self serve API.

At least, I'm pretty sure buildduty doesn't include having to do configs patches.

Landed with the 'enable_nightly': True in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/680736f2dc1f after some discussion about how it shouldn't be required, but apparently is.
