Downloading any file the new Arrow Panel for the Download Manager will seemingly 'freeze', in that it does not update past the first re-paint. The download will complete, but then the Download Button is not updated to show the 'Green Complete' status.
I can reproduce this on win7/d3d10, but the UI impl seems to be different on linux-x64/basic so I can't test there. Suspected dup of bug 795576.
