Steps to reproduce:
Click the tab bar's scroll buttons when you have a lot of tabs open.
Actual results:
On Ubuntu does the tab scroll buttons light up when you reach one of the sides. See the attached image for a better understanding.
Expected results:
They should be dark when you can't scroll any more.
