so basically the test is failing to write out a .extra file alongside the minidump.

Ryan: can you determine whether this only ever happens on WinXP PGO? I'm not sure how to figure that out. If that's true I can dig up a WinXP VM and see if I can reproduce.

I wouldn't expend too much energy on this. Looks like it was only happening on rev3 xp machines. Note a single occurrence on the iX slaves.
