I think Bug 423427 came back.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create enough number of Bookmark folder on the bookmarks toolbar.
   And make sure chevron popup exists
2. Click the chevron to open popup
3. mouse hover a folder on the bookmarks toolbar

Actual results:
  The folder does not auto-open.

Expected results:
  The folder should auto-open popup.

I'm not sure why do you expect the folder on the toolbar to auto-open, doesn't sound like a native behavior, regardless what was happening before

ah I see, cause clicking on a folder and moving opens another folder, but then moving to the chevron breaks the behavior...
