Scrolling on http://playbiolab.com while playing the game can go eventually go into an infinite back and forth scrolling bounce even if I'm not scrolling

Steps:

1. Go to http://playbiolab.com/ in FF OS browser
2. Play a bit through the game
3. Scroll a bit on the page

Expected:

I should be able to scroll freely with no bouncing scrolling behavior.

Actual:

Scrolling always bounces back, but doing a couple successive scrolls could put me into this infinite back and forth (up and down) scrolling behavior during the game (i.e. the browser content starts shaking up and down).

Also got this to reproduce with http://robinhawkes.com/b2g/galacticans-webgl/.
