On a weak network connection, go to http://people.mozilla.com/~fdesre/openwebapps/test.html 2. Select install package three times in succession quickly 3. Select to install the packaged app on each prompt ## Expected Only one packaged app should be installed and each subsequent call should result in reinstalling the packaged app. ## Actual Three packaged apps get installed onto the device. cc @fabricedesre

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
