[calendar] When creating new event "all day" events get put at the bottom in day view.

STR:
- Create event (with no time)
- Create another event (with no time so its all day) for the same dates.
- Look at day view
Second all day event will be at bottom.
Resolves itself after reboot calendar app.

should be resolved with week view bug fix (which also effected this).

Verified that all day events display at the top of the Day view on the 10/10 build.
