[GitHub issue by ladamski on 2012-09-28T16:35:56Z, https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/issues/5430] When switching apps (such as triggering a web activity from the SMS app), if you hit the home button the app transition animation ends up stuck on top of the UI, with no way to remove it. Sometimes the screen ends up completely grey with no UI shown at all except for the top status bar. Screenshots attached.
