796843 - Download Manager layout issues for active downloads

Device: Galaxy Note
OS: Android 4.0.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-android/ and download any file
2. While the download is in progress go to Menu > Tools > Downloads

Expected result:
The bottom line of the downloaded file icon is continued on the bottom side of the downloaded file details.

Actual result:
The line is displayed just on the bottom of the file icon (see attached screenshot). Even if the download progress is paused or canceled, the issue will still persist.

Note:
When the download is complete, the line is displayed as expected.

Do you have explore by touch enabled in Talk Back settings under Android Accessibility settings?

Talk Back option is off.
