I can confirm that a beep is heard sometimes when clicking stop on my unagi with build 20130108070203.
Issue repros on build 20130205070201 Dec 5th Kernel. When pressing the stop button after listening to music it does a loud beeping sound. Same sound as the alarm sound on clock.
