I have attached reference files for page-break-inside-000 .. 006 (I skipped
the 005 test since it appears to be unfinished). After these are added to
the W3C test suite we can import them under layout/reftests/w3c-css/ as
regression tests (after bug 685012 has landed).
I've also added class="reftest-print" to <html> in the test files.
(The tests pass in a local build with the patches in bug 685012.)

The test suite now lives in https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/css/CSS2/pagination. No need to import them to mozilla-central.
