disable view passwords button on about:config dosent work

Steps to reproduce:

visit about:config
found pref.privacy.disable_button.view_passwords and set it to true
close and open firefox

go to tools->options
select security tab and click on saved passwords
click view passwords and click on agree when firefox ask for show my passwords




Actual results:

i can see usernames and passwords


Expected results:

I disabled view password button so i must be denied to see my passwords.
