Details
Whenever I'm watching videos on the intertubes these days, they don't redraw a lot. For example any youtube video gives me perhaps 0.5 fps. I feel like we could do better.

Yeah, seems like. I'll close this bug out opportunistically and reopen if it isn't fixed.
