@cvan write some spiffy middleware that doesn't do the redirects to en-US. We'd like to use that elsewhere. The current middleware is in funfactory, we could add it there too.

AMO's middleware was still using the prefixer for everything so I mostly ignored it and stitched in the prefixer parts directly. https://github.com/mozilla/webpay/commit/e6297c2f7e05b793c40bc33f8ac2d3baef3e8d30
