With the bug 655877 patches applied, stroke-dasharray-and-text-01.svg fails on Android. This is due to some slight rendering differences in the stroke dashed text (see attached reftest log). The test is really just checking that the dash pattern is scaled appropriately due to the font size scale factor in use when the page is zoomed, so let's work around the rendering differences.

I found that using some rounder numbers and line caps/joins does the trick.
